Salary
£26,200 - £28,830 pa
4 DAY 40 HOUR WEEK Monday to Thursday (4 x 10 hour days)
Opportunities for pay rise in as little as 3 months following successful probation.
Opportunity for enhanced salary with friday & saturday overtime shifts @ 1.5x base salary
Recruiting up to 20 fitters and Electricians to join existing staff of 130 delivering new build commercial vehicle work into the UK market for an international customer base. Building the next generation of PSVs including Hydrogen fuel cell and battery electric vehicles.
The role
• Carry out assembly operations in line with identified systems of work
• Highlight quality problems and participate in the problem resolution process.
• Learn a range of jobs within assembly operations.
Experience and Qualifications
• Experience working with commercial vehicles, fitting, assembly is desirable
• Ability to understand verbal and written instructions
• Be flexible and available for reasonable overtime
• Right first time attitude and conscientious, aware of quality implications.
